Marc

Marc was a much beloved son and brother; husband and father. He had a good heart, was easy going, down to earth, compassionate, caring and fun to be around. He loved playing guitar, which brought him a lot of inner peace and solitude. As Marc got a bit older, he had become a pacifist who shunned violence and was calm and more mellow by nature.

He played hockey and football while growing up and showed grit and determination in the ways he played those games. He kept playing pick-up hockey over the years up until his untimely death. He enjoyed the camaraderie and the physical exercise, and his friendly demeanor was well liked by others around him.

When Marc's brother Pierre drowned in a tragic accident two years prior, on 15 JUNE 1987, it was a whirlwind of emotions that befell him and touched his inner core. He took the loss very hard and tried to cope as best as he knew how.

Marc was human, had feelings, felt deeply with his heart and soul and did not judge others. He worked at Hub Meat Packers full-time, was very punctual, hard working and never missed days of work.

When Angèle was born, as for any 25 year-old, it's quite a huge adjustment,  as anyone who's had kids would know. Marc grew in the role as dad and he relished in the fact that he had a beautiful daughter who he loved unconditionally.
